ISLAND FLOW

Indoor Class in Anglican Hall  (2 min walk from museum)

Fluid movement & deep breaths in a nourishing atmosphere

 

Vinyasa flow yoga class - elemental poses with playful variations, mindful breathing and safe alignment to increase flexibility and strength. Includes curated playlist & essential oils to sooth your senses. 

As always, options are provided to suit both varying abilities and energy levels so you can always make it your own practice.

RECOVER & RELAX

      Deep Stretch Yoga for Muscle Release 

 

Indulge in a session of deep stretch yoga, meticulously crafted for effective muscle release and rejuvenation.

Unwind in this relaxing stretching experience—a perfect complement to the island's myriad physical activities.

 

Slow down, release tightness & feel the tension melt away. Includes relaxing playlist & essential oils to soothe your senses. Emerge with a sense of complete bliss and spaciousness in body + mind.

Outdoor Class at Neds Beach

Strong, dynamic yoga to challenge and build strength.

Join us for a playful yet strong yoga session by the ocean at beautiful Neds Beach. This class is designed to challenge your body and mind, building strength, endurance, and stability.

 

Through a dynamic sequence of postures, we’ll flow with purpose, engaging muscles and toning key areas, all while staying connected to breath and alignment.

Perfect for those looking to elevate their practice and feel empowered, you’ll leave feeling energized, balanced, and ready to take on the day. Come prepared to sweat, play, and flow in one of the most stunning beach locations.

Booking Options: Choose your convenience—book online or pay cash on the day.

Pre-booking not required, but booing in advance guarantees your spot.

Mats & props Included! Feel free to bring your own, or use our provided mats for a comfortable practice.
