Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Here’s how our cancellation policy works: 72 hours or more before the retreat: Receive a full refund, no questions asked, or transfer your booking to a future retreat date (subject to availability). 48 to 72 hours before the retreat: Receive a 50% refund, or you’re welcome to transfer your booking to a future retreat date. You can also gift your spot to a friend or family member—just let us know their details in advance. Within 48 hours & No-Shows: Payments are non-refundable at this stage, as we’ve already committed resources and may have turned away other participants. However, you’re welcome to gift your spot to someone else if you notify us in time. Thank you for understanding and helping us create meaningful experiences for all.
