Whether you're deepening your yoga journey or just starting out, you'll find a supportive space to explore at your own pace. With the serene beauty of nature as your backdrop, you'll leave feeling grounded and uplifted, refreshed by the energy of the elements. All levels are warmly welcome—listen to your body, modify poses as needed, and take rest when required.

We understand that plans may change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your private session or specialty class, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee and no-shows will be charged the full session fee.
